Each of us has our own unique style for influencing behaviours and actions of others. When we interact with others who have a similar style, communication is relatively easy and the outcomes are predictable. When we deal with people who have different influence styles from ours, communication and cooperation can be challenging. In this workshop you will analyse four different styles, and examine also examine the characteristics of each style and take an assessment to determine you’re your own.
